Facial Expression Detection

 The Therapy Center app uses ARKit to detect facial expressions in real-time to enhance the user experience by playing musical notes based on these expressions. This feature operates entirely on the user's device, and no face data is collected, stored, or transmitted by the app. We do not share any face data with third parties, as no such data is ever collected or retained.

Movement Tracking

The Therapy Center app uses Vision for real-time movement tracking to enhance the user experience by playing musical notes based on detected movements. This feature operates entirely on the user's device, and no movement data is collected, stored, or transmitted by the app. We do not use the TrueDepth API for any data collection, and no movement data is shared with third parties.

Transfer of Data 

Your information, including personal data, is not collected, and therefore not stored or transferred to any location.

Disclosure of Data 

Legal Requirements: Since we do not collect any personal data, we cannot disclose any.

Security of Data

 The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. However, as we do not collect personal data, this is not a concern for our users.

Service Providers

We do not employ third-party companies and individuals ("Service Providers") to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Subscription Terms and Pricing

Wellness Pro offers a 7-day free trial, after which the subscription is $4.99 per month. Your iTunes account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your subscription anytime through your iOS Account Settings.

• Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Subscription Disclosure 

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
